BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — If you're drinking coffee out of a Yeti travel mug, some parts of that mug could be under recall.
About 240,000 of the Yeti "Rambler® 20 oz Travel Mug with Stronghold Lid" are being recalled. The company says they were only available for purchase from October 1 to October 9.
The company says the lid can pop off if the mug is filled with something hot.
So far it's only happened twice, but Yeti says you should stop using it.
If your mug is affected you can send the lid back and get a full refund.
For sending the mug back, here's what you need to do
• Pack your lid securely in the provided prepaid shipping envelope.
• Drop off the prepaid shipping envelope at any FedEx shipping location.
