The Erie County legislature is expected to introduce a proposal to limit the sales of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other tobacco products.
The proposal would ban sales of those products in any store that contains a pharmacy, including stores like Walgreens and Rite-Aid.
Supporters say it should happen because tobacco products are addictive and dangerous, and they want to reduce the number of people who use tobacco products in Erie County.
