It was a good summer for drivers, but now gas prices are back on the rise.
According to AAA, the price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline in Buffalo is $2.27.
In New York state, the price per gallon is $2.30, up one cent from last week.
Across the country, the price for a gallon of unleaded gas rose four cents from last week, to $2.16.
A large spike in gas prices is not expected in the near future, according to AAA.
