BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — After no winners were drawn Saturday, the Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots increased again, approaching record highs.
Ahead of Tuesday night's drawing, the Mega Millions jackpot jumped $100 million closer to the billion-dollar mark and now sits at $850 million, making it the second-highest jackpot in Mega Millions history behind the whopping $1.573 billion grand prize won in October 2018.
The Powerball jackpot jumped to $730 million from $640 million. That's the fourth-highest in Powerball history. The next Powerball drawing is set for Wednesday.
