Governor Cuomo is firing back about sexual harassment policies in Albany.

While reporters were asking off-topic questions, one asked about the polices and if they would change going forward.

It's all to do with Sam Hoyt, who is the former Regional President of Empire State Development.

Hoyt stepped down after harassment allegations and a lawsuit.

When asked about policies, Cuomo said, "Well, look, you have it going on in journalism...what are you going to do differently?  It's about you in journalism, and it's about you in journalism and it's about state government and it's about carpentry..."

Hoyt's accuser filed a federal lawsuit against him and Cuomo.  They claim the Governor's office ignored her complaints.

Cuomo's office maintains it followed proper protocol.
