New York State Police say a paramedic issued Narcan to the driver of a vehicle that crashed on the Robert Moses Parkway in the Town of Porter.
Lewiston Police responded to the crash as well as Mercy Flight. Lewiston Police posted a photo of the incident on their Facebook Page.
At this point, it is unclear what caused the crash or if anyone is facing charges.
The accident is still being investigated by New York State Police
