A Level 2 Sex Offender who forcibly touched a woman was arrested in Erie County after sheriff's deputies say he failed to register his new address.

69-year-old Miguel Dejesus was arrested May 23rd by a detective and a deputy with the Registered Sex Offender Unit.  He's charged with a felony for failing to report his address change.  The Sheriff's Office says Dejesus was evicted from his apartment in Holland in February and didn't tell police where he was living after.

A search of the New York State Sex Offender Registry shows that Dejesus was arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff's Office in 2013 for forcibly touching a 21-year-old woman.  He was sentenced to six months in jail and labeled as a Level 2 Sex Offender.
