Buffalo Police are asking for the public's help locating this special needs teen.
Police say 13 year-old Tashunda Tolliver was last seen Wednesday on the 600-block of Broadway, wearing a white shawl, green shirt, blue pants and black boots.
Tashunda is 4'11 200 lbs, with brown eyes, black braided hair and a medium complexion.
Police say the girl is 13-years-old but has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old. Police tell us she also has ADHD, according to her foster mother.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
