UPDATE: Smith has been located and is being treated for dehydration and malnutrition, according to the Livingston County Sheriff.
Original story: According to the Livingston County Sheriff's Office, 21-year-old Starrlita Smith went missing on Monday, October 23rd from Leicester.
Officials say Smith is developmentally disabled and may be in need of medical attention.
She was last seen on Perry Road in Leicester at 7:00 p.m., carrying two blankets and wearing blue jeans, a pink pullover, and white sneakers.
