A group of about 75-100 teens and adults were asked to leave Delaware Park around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday Morning, after they were in the park after close playing Pokemon Go.

Our 7 Eyewitness News crew witnessed police asking the people to leave the Park.

John Washington was playing the game when police arrived.  He said an alarm was going off around Marcy Casino before police arrived.

Police also asked people to leave South Park near the Botanical Gardens overnight.

According to the city of Buffalo website, all city parks are open from sunrise to sunset, except for Delaware, Front, Riverside, MLK, Jr., Cazenovia and South Parks, which close at 10pm, and Broderick and LaSalle Parks which are open 24hrs for fishing purposes only.
