A Collins man is facing rape charges after, police say, he attacked a woman he met on an online dating site.
Investigators say Todd M. Wingard, 21, met a 21 year old woman on an online dating site which led to them meeting in person, where Wingard allegedly raped the woman,
Wingard was arraigned in the Town of Collins Court.
