An Olean man is in custody after police say he was in possession of $1,400 worth of cocaine and crack cocaine.
Olean Police arrested 37-year-old Larry Hicks around 4:00 p.m. Friday. Investigators they were tipped off to the fact that he was staying in a home on North 5th Street, and that Hicks had an outstanding warrant from Chautauqua County for Criminal Possession of a loaded firearm.
Police say he had seven grams of cocaine and four grams of crack on him when he was arrested. Hicks was taken into custody. He'll be arraigned in Olean, then taken to Chautauqua County to answer to charges there.
