A Dunkirk man is locked up charged with felony assault following a stabbing in Chautauqua County.
State Police say 31 year-old Rafael Zabala used a pair of grape shears to stab a co-worker in the chest Saturday.
The unidentified victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover. Zabala was arraigned in court and then sent to Chautauqua County Jail.
