An Albion man is accused of sexually abusing an adult client with developmental disabilities.
Police say the abuse happened while 39-year-old Rome Santiago was working for Arc of Genesee Orleans, an agency that serves children and adults who have disabilities. The alleged inappropriate contact happened during an adult client outing with the agency.
Santiago was arrested December 12th. He's charged with third degree sexual abuse, and was issued an appearance ticket. He's scheduled to appear in the Town of Albion Court December 20th at 9:00 a.m.
