Just after 3 p.m., Friday Niagara Falls Police responded to 24th Street and Independence Avenue to investigate a hit and run.
Due to public cooperation and tips, police are looking for a vehicle of interest.
According to officials, the vehicle is an older model, 2000 to 2006, White, Chevy Tahoe. Its last whereabouts was the area of 24th Street and Pine Avenue.
Police are asking for the assistance of the public. They ask anyone with information or possible surveillance video to call 716-286-4711.
