Buffalo Police are investigating a shooting overnight after one man was sent to the hospital with a gunshot wound.
Police say the victim, who is believed to be in his 30's, was taken to Erie County Medical Center just before 1:30 a.m. The injuries are serious, according to authorities.
Investigators say the incident happened near Broadway and Lathrop Street.
