According to police, it happened at the Kwik Fill gas station on Military Road shortly after 11 A.M.

Witnesses reported that a black female in her early 20’s wearing a black hoodie and black pants was approached by a black male, unknown age, approximately 6 feet tall wearing a white T-shirt and black pants in the parking lot of the gas station.
