Buffalo Police are investigating a stranger-danger complaint involving a student on the city's west side.
According to an alert to parents from the Buffalo School District, a man approached a female student Friday morning near Grant and Auburn, grabbed her by the arm and said "I know your father."
The student was able to run away and notify administrators at her school.
The man is described as a black male, 6 feet tall, wearing a gray jacket, black jeans and red shoes.
Anyone with information is asked to call Buffalo Police.
