This morning Washington Middle School administrators received a tip from a concerned parent about a possible threat to Jamestown schools.
School officials called Jamestown Police, who began investigating while administrators coordinated a lock out safety measure for students.
The lock out was kept in place until police found on all individuals involved in the threat. Within an hour of the initial lock out, police say the individuals were in police custody.
The investigation is ongoing with Juvenile Detectives, the Washington Middle School officers, and Jamestown Police.
We will update this story once Jamestown Police releases more information.
