Police in Niagara County need your help finding a runaway 16-year-old who has been missing since Monday. The Niagara County Sheriff's Office says Nicole Flow was last seen in the Town of Lockport. She's described as a Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes.
If you see her, you're asked to call police at 438-3393.
