A Buffalo man was arrested Saturday after police found him with a loaded handgun during a traffic stop.
Police say Luis Gonzalez, 28, was stopped on Niagara Street in Buffalo for speeding.That is when police say they found a loaded .38 caliber handgun, a small amount of marijuana, and prescription pills that were not prescribed to him.
According to officials, Gonzalez was arrested and will be held at the City of Buffalo holding center until his court appearance.
State Police say Gonzalez was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
