The search for a runaway from the Parsons Children and Family Center in Albany lead investigators to an Albion motel, police say.

At the motel at 436 West Avenue, officers say they found the runaway juvenile, along with two other people. Also in the room was a large quantity of drugs - all packaged and ready to be sold. Police say they found crack cocaine, heroin, prescription pills and marijuana; along with cash and other drug pariphanelia.

Police arrested Andrew Coley, an 18-year-old from Albion, along with a 17 year old girl. The two were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawfully dealing with a child. They are both being held on $100,000 bail in Orleans County Jail.

The child was taken back to Albany.

Police say the investigation is not over, and that more charges and arrests are pending.
