An Elma man is accused of driving recklessly with a Blood Alcohol Content more than four times the legal limit.

The Erie County Sheriff's Office says 63-year-old Gary Golembiewski was pulled over on Bowen Road in the Town of Elma June 14th after someone reported seeing a reckless driver.  When the deputy saw Golembiewski's car, police say he was swerving and crossed the double yellow line into oncoming traffic.  The deputy stopped the car and issued a field sobriety test.  Police say Golembiewski was unsteady, and a preliminary breath test indicated his BAC was more than four times the legal limit.

Golembiewski is charged with Felony Aggravated DWI, Felony DWI previous conviction, and vehicle and traffic violations.  He's being held at the Erie County Holding Center.
