A 16 year-old student at Frederick Law Olmsted School in Buffalo is accused of taking cell phone video of another student urinating in a school bathroom and posting it on Snapchat.

The student is charged with unlawful surveillance and disseminating unlawful surveillance.

Police say the incident happened just after 9:30 a.m. Monday.

The victim did not give permission to the other teen to record him, according to investigators.
