A Buffalo man was arrested after driving more than 40 mph over the speed limit following what police say was a road rage incident.

State Police stopped 23-year-old Patrick Casanova on the 90 Tuesday evening for driving 108 mph in a 65 mph zone.  In the car police say they found a loaded .22 caliber handgun, marijuana and stolen license plates.  They also say he was involved in a road rage incident before he was pulled over.
