A woman is facing her sixth DWI arrest after being stopped in Orchard Park early Wednesday morning.

Judith Vergien, 58, of West Falls was stopped around 2:15 a.m. on Transit Road when officers say they saw her weaving in and out of her lane and over the fog lines.

Vergien’s registration was suspended and her license had been revoked due to a previous DWI conviction. Officers say she failed field sobriety tests and a pre-screening test was positive for alcohol.

Vergien was arrested and charged with DWI, felony DWI due to previous convictions, second degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, failure to stay in lane and failure to surrender her license after revocation.

Police say this is Vergien’s sixth DWI arrest.
