A Christmas Eve car trip turned violent for a couple in Wyoming County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies say while driving from East Aurora to a home on Maxon Road in Sheldon, Katherine Fowler punched her boyfriend in the face. When she got to the home, she allegedly broke the windshield wipers off his car and scratched it.
Fowler was arrested for driving while intoxicated, third degree criminal mischief and third degree assault.
