Two men from Niagara County have been indicted on child porn charges and one is accused of threatening young girls on Facebook to send him nude pictures.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says this began in September 2015, when unbeknownst to Victim 1, Travis Guerriera, 26, of Olcott shared nude pictures Victim 1 had taken when she was 14-years-old with Timothy Laubacker. At the time, Victim 1 was dating Guerriera.

Laubacker, 25, contacted Victim 1 on Facebook and threatened to distribute the pictures if she didn't send him more nude pictures. Victim 1 didn't send the pictures and the U.S. Attorney's Office says Laubacker then posted the pictures from when she was 14-years-old on an anonymous website.

The sheriff's office investigated and found that Laubacker has other alleged victims. In June 2015, he allegedly threatened another young girl on Facebook, claiming he had nude pictures of her and would distribute them. The threats continued until November 2015.

And Laubacker was fired from a mental health facility in December 2015, where he worked as a behavioral health aide, for allegedly having inappropriate communication with another minor female.

Laubacker and Guerriera are both charged with conspiracy to distribute and receive child porn, distributing child porn, receiving child porn and cyberstalking. If convicted, both face a minimum of five years in prison and a maximum sentence of 20 years behind bars.

Laubacker is additionally charged with producing child porn and attempting to produce child porn. Those charges carry a minimum of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 30 years behind bars.
