Two men, at least one of whom was carrying a gun, stole the cash register out of a convenience store on Sunday.
The robbery occurred at Smokin’ Joe’s on Saunders Settlement Road in Sanborn. From the surveillance images, it looks like the thieves couldn’t figure out how to open the cash register, so instead they stole the whole thing.
