A woman and her brother are facing charges for leaving a baby alone in a vehicle while they went into Tops in Jamestown.
Officers were called to the Washington Street grocery store on Christmas Eve and found that Elizabeth Yusczyk and her brother, John Yusczyk, left the 1-year-old infant in the vehicle alone for 17 minutes.
Both were charged with endangering the welfare of a child after they exited the store.
