Three men are accused of stealing gallons of milk from a disabled Upstate Farms milk truck during the Snowvember storms.
Police say the thieves, Neal Dunbar, 26; Terrance Dunbar, 27; and Jake Kieth, 16; were seen by witnesses fleeing the scene at Ridge Road near Orchard Park on ATVs.
All three are charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
