A third man has been arrested in connection with the mugging of a woman in Blasdell and an armed robbery in Lackawanna.

David Wilson, 19, of Buffalo was arrested Monday in the city by detectives with Blasdell Police, who were accompanied by Buffalo Police officers.

Authorities say Wilson was wanted in connection to the mugging of a woman last November as she left the M&T Bank on Lake Avenue in Blasdell after-hours. Wilson allegedly committed that armed robbery with Cardiair Jones, 20, of Buffalo and Kiara Melendez, 23, of Depew.

Jones and Melendez were taken into custody last November. After they were arrested, police say they found money that was taken during an armed robbery in Lackawanna that happened moments before the armed robbery in Blasdell.

All three are charged in both incidents.
