A teenager was flown to the hospital in serious condition after being hit by a car Sunday night.
Deputies in Chautauqua County say Daniel Barker III was walking on Rt. 5 and 20 in the Town of Hanover around 9:30pm when he was hit by a car. The 19-year-old was flown to ECMC by Starflight.
Barker was walking east in the eastbound lane. Deputies say the driver did not see Barker walking in the roadway and struck him.
No charges are being filed.
