A 19-year-old woman is now facing charges for allegedly making a false report of a sexual assault on the Niagara University campus.
The student told police that she was attacked while in a parking lot on the campus grounds on November 5. Police say the teen made a similar claim in April.
Officers say after a lengthy investigation, they determined the complaint was unfounded and that no crime had been committed.
The woman is charged with two counts of third degree falsely reporting an incident.
Her name was not released.
