State Police seek three people on separate warrants

Three people wanted on separate outstanding warrants are being sought by State Police.

Dominique Davis is wanted in City of Batavia Court for writing three checks totaling almost $1,000 to a car repair shop at three different locations, knowing she did not have the money to cover the checks. The 23-year-old failed to report to court on September 24. If you have any information, call 585-344-6200.

State Police in Jamestown are looking for Brett Shipley, who is wanted for seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and speeding. Troopers say the 30-year-old is wanted in Town of North Harmony Court on a bench warrant for failing to appear for his court date in July 2008. He was last known to be living in Ohio. Mason Roche is wanted for writing a bad check to the Yorkshire Fire Department. State Police say he wrote the $738 check in May and an arrest warrant was issued for the 26-year-old on August 11. If you have information on his whereabouts, call 585-268-9031.
