The Buffalo Police have made two arrests in a shooting late Wednesday night.

Investigators established a crime scene in the 300 block of Humboldt Parkway between Loring and Hughes Avenues after responding to a call just before 11:45 p.m.

Detectives say a 58-year-old man was shot and later taken to Erie County Medical Center by ambulance. He is listed in fair condition.
