A Rochester man is facing several charges after sheriff's deputies say he was driving with 46 active suspensions on his license.

An Erie County Sheriff's deputy pulled over 49-year-old Enoch Cray just before 10 p.m. on Monday.  The deputy says Cray was driving without tail lights, and didn't stop at a red light at Whitehaven and Baseline Roads on Grand Island.

When the deputy investigated Clay, he discovered that Cray's license had 46 active suspensions and should not have been driving.  He was arrested and charged with several violations, including felony aggravated unlicensed operation.

Clay is currently behind bars at the Erie County Holding Center and will be arraigned Wednesday.
