Crimestoppers and Buffalo Police are offering a reward in the shooting death of a 27-year-old man.
Police say Ernest Maddox was shot on Roehrer Avenue in Buffalo's Jefferson-Best neighborhood on May 23. He was declared dead at the scene.
Reports said the victim was shot inside of a car, and the 7 Eyewitness News crew on the scene found a car and detectives from the police's homicide squad looking for evidence.
Now, Crimestoppers is offering up to $1,000 and the Buffalo Police Department is offering $1,500 for any tips that lead to the arrest of the shooter.
