A reward is being offered for a Buffalo man who is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.
Floydell Brand, 26, last lived on Auburn Street. He is described as a 6’ tall black man weighing 200 pounds.
Brand was convicted of deviate sexual intercourse involving an 11-year-old girl. He served 12 months in jail.
