Amherst Police are reminding everyone to keep valuables out of sight in vehicles after two teens were recently arrested for vehicle break-ins.
The two 16-year-old boys from Buffalo are connected to several larcenies in the town, police say, and have been charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
Officers remind residents to lock their vehicles and keep items like loose change, cell phones, iPods, GPS units out of sight.
With the holiday season upon is, police also remind residents out shopping or returning home from a shopping trip to keep purchases hidden.
