A Niagara Falls man is facing child pornography charges.
The U.S. Attorney's office said 44-year-old Daniel Hull, a registered sex offender who is currently under the supervision of a Niagara County Probation Office for a previous conviction, uploaded 11 images depicting child pornography to the internet.
Authorities say they identified Hull through a tip made to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in February.
If convicted, Hull faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in prison, a maximum of 40 years, and a fine of $250,000.
Hull is due back in court in December.
