A Niagara Falls woman was caught driving around the City of Tonawanda with a forged inspection sticker, according to Tonawanda Police.
Officers say they stopped Jill Martinelli on Delton Street. Police noticed there was a red piece of paper taped to the back of the sticker on the inside of the windshield.
Martinelli failed to respond to a towns summons in the Town of Tonawanda. As a result, Martinelli's drivers licensed has been suspended.
Martinelli is charged with having a forged inspection sticker, aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration, driving with no insurance, inspection and no drivers license.
