Police: Man who smashed front door window of store and stole 40 leather jackets arrested

City of Tonawanda Police say a 46 year-old man who smashed the front door window of a apparel store in the Tonawanda and stole 40 leather jackets back in July was caught and taken into custody Thursday.

According to police, detectives were able to collect physical evidence from the The Slo Poke Western Wear on Young Street in Tonawanda that eventually led to the arrest of Tracy Miracle.

Tracy is charged with third degree burglary, third degree grand larceny and criminal mischief .
