A man is accused of stealing his daughter’s credit card and making two purchases.
Last September, the woman reported the card missing to her credit card company but her new card never came in the mail. When she discovered someone had taken the card and made nearly $200 in purchases, she contacted police.
Troopers found surveillance video of the thief and determined it was Angel Colon, the victim’s father.
The 41-year-old is charged with second degree forgery and fourth degree grand larceny.
