A man is facing charges after allegedly shooting out the windows of “I’ve Been Framed.”
Police in Jamestown were called to the North Main Street store around midnight and found three of the business’s windows had been shot out with a BB gun.
Officers found 22-year-old Jacob Smith nearby and say he initially gave them a fake name because he has an active warrant for his arrest out of Troy, NY.
An investigation determined Smith was responsible for shooting out the windows. He was arrested and charged with false personation and second degree criminal mischief.
He’s being held pending arraignment.
