Police ID man suspected of firing shots on Chippewa

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Buffalo police have identified the man who they say opened fire on Chippewa Street, Sunday.

Patrick Frankovich, of Lackawanna, was charged with Reckless Endangerment and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

Police say they were called for shots fired about 3:40 a.m. Sunday.

No one was hurt.

Frankovich is no longer listed as an inmate on the Erie County Sheriff's Office Inmate Roster.

It's unclear if he's been arraigned or when he's due in court.
