State Police discovered a man allegedly caught stealing video games is wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Troopers were called to Walmart in Lockport on Monday when store security caught Brian Emel, 29, of Niagara Falls walking out with eight Playstation video games.
Emel was taken into custody for petit larceny and officers say they discovered he is wanted on a bench warrant for second degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
He was turned over to Niagara Falls Police.
