Police: Buffalo State student attacked and robbed on edge of campus

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - A Buffalo State student was attacked and robbed of his personal belongings on the edge of the campus early Saturday morning, according to University Police.

University Police say the student was walking near Coyer Field on Grant Street when a car approached him. Two men got out of the car, attacked the student. The suspects then took his cell phone and wallet.

The student was treated for minor injuries.

According to police, both suspects are black males, wore black hooded sweatshirts, had facial hair and left the scene in a car. If you have any information regarding the suspects, please call University Police immediately at (716) 878-6333.
