Buffalo Police say they have arrested and charged a 31-year-old female with aggravated DWI and failure to obey a traffic devise.
According to investigators, Erin Kelleher of Buffalo drove the wrong way on the Skyway early Saturday morning, striking an inbound vehicle.
Police say a passenger in the inbound vehicle was taken to ECMC with minor injuries.
