City of Tonawanda Police say they found 120 cans of spray paint within the area of where a 23-year-old resident was spray painting words onto a factory.
Police say they caught Luke Lazik spray painting the words "ULOCK" and "Laugh" on the back of the Washington Mills Factory early Friday. When officers spotted Lazik, they say he took off. He was found on Wales Avenue and taken into custody.
Authorities took a camera and a tripod into possession they say was recording Lazik in the act.
Lazik is charged with making graffiti, possession of graffiti instruments, trespass and resisting arrest.
